Hello, I know I'm watching this well after it was originally streamed but My name is Julia. Currently in Amarillo for school. I attended Gateway central for several years while in college and really enjoyed my time. I had to move away for school, but occasionally tune in for services when I can't go in-person in Amarillo. I really miss mandolas and chi'lantro. My closest community right now is probably my classmates here b/c they are who I spend the majority of my time with.

You know I get what you are saying during my husband’s death or change of life like I like to say I got to share part of his journey I had asked God just tell me he will be okay and my prayers were answered so well what I experienced was the greatest love I had ever known in my life was privilege to go as far as I did I saw a long hallway like in a hotel only far more beautiful with a red carpet and white doors with gold levers for handles but the love we felt was enormous I knew I wasn’t staying so I wanted to take it all in we were surrounded by angels and I looked down and my feet weren’t moving we were gliding the light was so beautiful there is more but I know you like to talk to people who can prove they were dead but I wasn’t I was just sharing the last time with my husband but I will be with him again I know he is happy where he is and know I will be there in a few minutes.

And to those who "believed" in him in John 8 he says you are truly my disciples if you continue on in my teachings. Implying that those who do not continue on in his teachings are not truly his disciples. Much like those in Matthew 7:21-23 who are referred to as Lawless or the Goats in the parable of the sheep and the goats who thought they were good. Imagine that we have absolutely NO idea who wrote the synoptic gospels. OR that the heretical doctrines of vicarious atonement, or a three headed god, or that the stories of the birth and death and resurrection as recorded in the Christian Bible are all inconsistent, OR that every single “messianic prophesy” that Christian apologetics site are all either taken out of context, mistranslated or even falsely interpreted. OR that Christian “scholars” have totally ignored that the Jewish scriptures (that is OT) clearly describe that the Millennial messiah will 1) be a normal man 2) that when comes he will usher in world peace, and that 3) the gentiles will grasp the sleeve of the Jews garments asking them to teach about the real God. Or that blood sacrifice was NEVER ever necessary required for intentional sin, but only remorseful repentance. Yes I was raised by this idolatrous religion and finally discovered the Truth. I am truly thankful to do as Jesus was quoted as saying…..to love the god of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, as well as to follow the law that He gave to Moses. The whole pagan concept of allowing the shedding of innocent blood in order to give absolution to the guilty is not only in direct opposition to what Moses wrote and to Gods nature and instruction, but repugnant to the normal and logical concept of justice itself. Yes this guy named Paul/Saul invented a new world religion in direct opposition to what was written in the foundational Jewish scripture. Yes imagine indeed.

Great job John. You are changing lives around me here in Florida, USA. Some I mention ur book to are skeptical. Those that read it, return to say, it has changed their lives forever. One man who gave me the book, said after reading it, he realized he could have been a better husband & asked for forgiveness from his wife. We can all be tough on others - esp our own family. I didn’t understand all I do now. I was broken. All those Ego things we hold so dear, we can ease up on. Be genuine. Allow room for others personalities. You, your spouse & your children can each feel the Love of God as you live this life. Then you can enter Heaven knowing you have tried to be a good man/woman. I am a better man today bc of the God I can now more easily imagine through the sharing of this research. Thank you John Burke.

I hung myself when I was 20. I went through a tunnel and ended up in a room that was completely white and I was surrounded by what looked like natives with spears and war paint I think. And then I went back to my body.

Loved the sermon but was a bit disappointed at the end when you offered Starbucks gift cards. My understanding, and please correct me if I am wrong, but Starbucks is very pro gay and pro abortion company and supports causes completely opposed to traditional Christian values. Not trying to be a holy roller or anything, just thought that to be odd. American 's have a right support any company they wish for any reason they wish, but I personally avoid that particular one like the plague. There are plenty of other places to get great coffee. Would love to hear your thoughts. Thanks and God bless.
